Shipment Processing Time
All in stock orders made before 5:00 PM EST Monday to Friday are shipped that day. All orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be shipped the next business day.

In cases of extreme weather, shipments may be delayed resulting in additional days in transit for delivery. The Miami Corporation does not assume any responsibility for delays in shipment as they are beyond our control and are the responsibility of our shipping partners.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Sales tax is charged for the destination state unless a valid sales tax ID from the purchaser is on file for that state. The Miami Corporation is not responsible for customs on your orders and all fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, etc.).
Damages
Should you have an issue with a damaged package, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and document with images before filing a claim. The more documentation you have, the quicker your claim will be processed.

Returns Policy
- All items being returned to Miami Corp for credit must have a Miami Corp issued RMA number, and this number must be fully visible on the outside of the package. Any item sent to us without a visible and valid RMA number will be refused.
- In order to obtain an RMA number, please call our Customer Service Department by phone 800-543-0448 or through our Contact Us page. Have your account number and invoice number ready.
- For proper consideration of credit, items should be returned in their original packaging, with all manufacturer's manuals and warranty cards.
- The Miami Corporation reserves the right to deny any return, charge restocking fees, and charge return freight fees at our discretion.
